CANDLE
We want you to enjoy the ritual of lighting our candles, so here’s a little bit of candle tlc.
The most important burn for a candle is the first. Initially a candle should burn for at least two hours and no more than four. This enables the wax to melt evenly, creating a liquified pool that reaches the edges of the container and enables subsequent burns to be even and slow. Never light your candle for more than three hours.
Our cotton wicks are self trimming, but to minimise ash we suggest to trim cotton wicks just below the ash to remove it, relight and enjoy. Keep wicks trimmed no higher than 4mm, any higher may result in a poor burn.
Never move a lit candle; the containers get very hot. Movement may cause burning or wax spillage.

All of our packaging is fully recyclable and plastic free.
Each of our candle care cards and swing tags are created using an eco-friendly FSC algae card that has a lovely speckled appearance and print with soy inks. The swing tag is fixed to the eye pillow using a reusable white safety pin.
We wrap your order using acid free tissue paper and a compostable label.
To ship we use recyclable boxes, packed with sustainable wood wool and/ or biodegradable packing peanuts to protect your order, and secured it with paper tape.
