Belle Regali naturale Ltd – E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase, use, and management of Belle Regali naturale e-gift cards. By purchasing or using an e-gift card, you agree to these terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Redemption

1. Belle Regali naturale e-gift cards can only be redeemed online at belle-regali-naturale.com.
2. The balance of an e-gift card can be used to purchase goods at an equal or lower value than the card’s balance.
3. E-gift cards can be used for full or partial payment. If the total order value exceeds the e-gift card balance, the outstanding amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.
4. If you return an item purchased using an e-gift card and it qualifies for a refund, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original e-gift card.
5. E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other e-gift cards.

Restrictions

1. E-gift cards:

1. Cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash.
2. Are not credit, debit, or cheque guarantee cards.

1. E-gift cards are non-refundable except as required under your statutory rights.

Purchasing and Denominations

1. E-gift cards are available in fixed denominations starting from £10, with a minimum value of £10 and a maximum value of £500. Customers can also choose a custom amount within this range.
2. E-gift cards can be purchased online only at belle-regali-naturale.com.
3. Once purchased, e-gift cards will be delivered via email to the address provided during purchase after payment is cleared.

Expiry and Balance

1. E-gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date the gift card is received by the recipient (or from the scheduled delivery date, if applicable), after which any remaining balance will expire.
2. Once the e-gift card expires, it cannot be reactivated or extended.
3. You can use an e-gift card multiple times until the balance is £0.00, provided it is within the 24-month validity period.

Liability and Risk

1. Ownership of the e-gift card transfers to you upon Belle Regali naturale’s electronic transmission to your designated email address. The risk for any loss passes to you at this point.
2. E-gift cards remain the property of Belle Regali naturale and may not be altered, tampered with, or interfered with without prior written consent.
3. Belle Regali naturale is not liable for:

1. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of e-gift cards.
2. Errors in email addresses provided during purchase.
3. Delivery failures caused by spam filters, firewalls, or mailbox restrictions.

Fraud Prevention

1. Belle Regali naturale reserves the right to:

1. Refuse to accept e-gift cards that appear altered, duplicated, tampered with, defaced, or otherwise suspected of fraud.
2. Cancel e-gift cards and request alternative payment methods in cases of suspected misuse.

Delivery

1. E-gift cards will be delivered via email to the address provided during purchase. Dispatch will occur as soon as payment is cleared, or at a later scheduled date if specified by the purchaser.
2. Belle Regali naturale is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided during purchase (e.g., mistyped email addresses).

Force Majeure

Belle Regali naturale will not be held responsible for failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical issues, software malfunctions, or events constituting force majeure.

Amendments

Belle Regali naturale reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect your legal rights.

Conflicts

In the event of a conflict between these e-gift card terms and Belle Regali naturale’s general terms and conditions, these e-gift card terms will take precedence.
