REFUNDS
We want you to be completely happy with your order but sometimes things can happen that are out of our control . So, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please refer to the following information and contact us immediately at info@belle-regali-naturale.com, remembering to include your name and order number in the email.
Damaged goods.
We ask that you please check your order carefully upon receipt and if any item reaches you in a damaged condition, or if an incorrect item has been sent you in error please contact us immediately so that we can put it right quickly and easily.
The damaged item must be returned to us in an unused condition and in its original packaging, together with your proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt.
We will provide you with a returns address, and on receipt of the return we will happily issue a free of charge replacement or refund on the item. We recommend that you obtain a proof of purchase when returning your product to us.
Should you wish to return the entire order.
Please contact us straight away, we will provide you with a returns address and ask that you return your order in an unused, saleable condition, in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning your product to us, we must receive the return within 14 days for a full refund. Please be aware that will not refund the original or return postage costs.
Gift Set Returns.
If an item you wish to return was purchased as part of a gift set, the complete set must be returned in order to obtain a refund. Please return the complete set to us in an unused, saleable condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items.
We do not accept returns on items that have been used or sale items.
Refunds.
On receipt of the return we will issue the refund within 48 hours. We will only provide the refund to your original payment method, once we have issued the refund it may take 7 to 10 days for your bank or credit card to process your refund.
Changed your mind.
No problem. You are legally entitled to cancel an order prior to dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, so please contact us within this time to cancel. Should your order have already been despatched, please return the entire order unused and it the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Please obtain a proof of postage and please be aware that will not refund the original or return postage costs.
