Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that has been provided. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days via Royal Mail.
Once your order has been dispatched a confirmation will be sent to the provided registered email address. If you have chosen the tracked method we will issue you with a Royal Mail tracking number.
If your order has been placed over a weekend or bank holiday, we will dispatch your order the next working day.
Please ensure that the correct shipping address has been entered at checkout, if it is incorrect it will be sent back to us. If you require us to re-send your parcel this will incur an extra shipping fee that must paid prior to re-sending.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.



Our shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout and includes postage and packaging.
Under 2kg – All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Over 2kg – All orders will be send via our courier service.  Collections are Monday to Friday only.

Royal Mail (under 2kg) – Depending on the service you choose at checkout, delivery can take between 1 to 3 days from dispatch.
Courier (over 2kg) – Collections are Monday to Friday before 12 noon excluding bank holidays.  Any orders placed on the day will be collected the following day, delivery is estimated to take 2 to 4 days from dispatch.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to a single address over £50 (under 2kg).


Unfortunately, due to the new rules regarding the supply of products from the UK, shipping to our wonderful friends and neighbours in the EU, including Northern Ireland, is on hold.  We sincerely apologise and hope to see this issue resolved in the very near future.


Tracked and Signed International – as prices vary per country and parcel weight, please contact us for a quote prior to placing an order.
