Hey there, i’m Belinda, the founder and owner of Belle Regali naturale and the heart and soul behind everything we create. If you’ve ever received one of our newsletters, you already know that my love for all things natural runs very deep, kind of like the roots of a mighty oak, firmly planted in the earth. And if you’re new here, welcome! I’m thrilled to have you join me on this delightfully aromatic journey.

Belle Regali naturale isn’t just a brand to me; it’s my passion project, born from my belief that nature has all the answers we need. I’m from Liverpool, a Piscean (so yes, a bit of a dreamer!), and creativity has always been my thing. Even as a small child, I was forever making and creating things; picking flowers from my grandparents’ garden, concocting my own “perfumed waters,” and, naturally, convincing my family to wear what I made! I’ve kept that imaginative spark alive, and though I can be quite straight-talking, I like to keep it kind. To me, honesty with a warm touch is the best way to connect. My journey started when I trained in Display and Design earning a first-class Diploma with the British Display Society. I later left Liverpool for London to further my studies and eventually entered the world of photography, where I spent over 25 years as a still life stylist and art director, creating images that tell stories. I still do this on occasion to date. More recently, i’ve added Certified Business Strategist to my list of qualifications – so if that interests you, and you need a helping hand with your business, i’m always up for a chat!

As a Certified Aromatherapist and Reiki Practitioner, i’ve dedicated years to perfecting the art of blending essential oils, creating products that not only smell amazing but also intend to therapeutically nourish the mind, body and soul. Whether it’s our soothing artisan soaps, flickering aromatherapy candles, or yoga accessories like our relaxing aromatic eye pillows, each item is a little piece of my heart, sent to you with love.

Now, you might be wondering, why a blog? With so many voices out there, what makes this space different? Well, this blog isn’t just another spot on the internet; it’s our cosy corner where we can chat over a cup of herbal tea or, if it’s pre-midday, a coffee or two! It’s a place to share stories, tips, learn together, and embrace the beauty and power of living naturally. Because it’s not all hippy trippy stuff, it’s actually a pretty cool thing. Natural is the new cool, kids!

Here, i’ll be sharing everything from the magic of essential oils to tips on creating a serene space in your home, workplace or studio. We’ll look into the nature of aromatherapy, why essential oils work, explore how it pairs perfectly with yoga, Reiki and other natural therapies, and maybe even bust a few myths along the way. Basically, we’ll be talking about lots of different subjects that i’ve been asked about over the years that, to be honest, now just feels about the right time to talk about it all! But it won’t just be me talking, i’ll be bringing in guest speakers, friends, and fellow enthusiasts to keep things fresh and exciting.

Speaking of yoga, I have a little confession – i’m a total yoga enthusiast. If I disappear for 20 minutes, you can usually find me in the lotus position meditating on my mat or perfecting my downward dog. And when Friday rolls around, it’s all about savasana, the perfect way to end the week in pure unadulterated relaxation. And i’ll be brutally honest, i’m never far from a stick of Palo Santo burning nearby either.
